In 2009, RAI received an AIA Senior Housing "Project of Distinction" Award for the Three Links End-of-Life facility in Northfield. RAI brings the same level of service and passion that resulted in this successful project to all their clients. has designed and managed multi-million dollar mixed-use, independent living, assisted living,memory care facilities, hospice and skilled nursing facilities throughout the five state area.
In 2010, RAI received the "Innvovation Award" from the Aging Services of Minnesota for Three Links End-of-Life facility in Northfield.
