Rivera Architects Inc.’s (RAI) practice consists prodominantly of educational facilities and senior housing building types but also includes projects of local interest. Much of our work comes from repeat clients. Our goal is to build long term relationships by providing excellent service.
The first project completed by RAI was the Wellstead of Rogers. This successful project is recognized as a premier memory care facility and has set new standards in senior housing. In 2009, RAI received an AIA Senior Housing "Project of Distinction" Award for the Three Links End-of-Life facility in Northfield. RAI brings the same level of service and passion that resulted in this successful project to all their clients.
