Saint Paul City School is located in the Capital Area Planning Board jurisdiction, one block from the State Capital requiring a design consistent with the standards of the CAPB. SPCS is a 73,000 s.f., three story K-12 facility for 650 students. It includes classrooms, gymnasium, SPED, breakout, support spaces cafeteria and a family center providing services to the students and their families.
